FAQ:

Question: What is the turnaround on receiving photos? 

Answer: You will receive a couple “sneak peek” digital photos within 24 hours after your session. The remainder of the edited online gallery within a guaranteed 2 weeks, but the normal turnaround is 3 to 7 days. Turnaround times really depend on the season. 

Question: What happens if I’m running late to my session or I want to start earlier?

Answer: Since sessions are done back to back, the end time and beginning time of your session cannot be changed, as this will interrupt the session scheduled before or after yours. If you arrive late, we will still move forward with your session for the time that is remaining up to the scheduled end time.

Question: What if it rains? Will we reschedule?

Answer: Georgia weather can be unpredictable, especially in the spring and summer months. We will keep an eye on the weather up to the morning of your session (or the night before if you have morning session). If it looks like there will be rain at that point, you will have the option to reschedule to another available day at no extra charge.
